Del Mar Highlands is a popular condominium community in San Diego, California that is within walking distance to shopping, entertainment, beaches, and freeways.

There is a variety of homes in Del Mar Highlands. The Pell Place subdivision was built in 2005 and consists of 316 attached condominium units. It offers fountains, courtyards, a fitness center, putting green, and underground parking. Many of the condo projects in this area were built in the 1980s and 1990s.

Several school districts serve this neighborhood with highly ranked facilities like Carmel Del Mar Elementary School, Carmel Valley Middle School, and Torrey Pines High School.
